Apartment rental charges PER WEEK £525 for double apartment including adjoining second bedroom (suitable for 4 adults / 2 adults and 2-4 children - age dependent) £75 supplement for 5th child including Travel Cot hire £75 supplement for 5th Adult £350 for single apartment only without adjoining second bedroom (suitable for 2 adults / 2 adults 1-2 children - age dependent) £75 supplement for 3rd Adult Apartment rental charges PER DAY (min 3 days) £75 for double apartment including adjoining second bedroom (suitable for 4 adults / 2 adults and 2-4 children - age dependent) £15 supplement for 5th child including Travel Cot hire £15 supplement for 5th Adult £50 for single apartment only without adjoining second bedroom (suitable for 2 adults / 2 adults 1-2 children - age dependent) £15 supplement for 3rd Adult Christmas & New Year Rates There is a 50% increase on rates across the Christmas Period from: 17th December 2011 to 2nd January 2012 inclusive Minimum Booking 1 week - Double Apartment Only London Olympic Rates There is a 50% increase on rates across the Olympic Period from: 25th August 2012 to 12th September 2012 inclusive Minimum Booking 2 weeks - Double Apartment Only Refundable Deposit There is a £150.00 refundable deposit against 'Loss or Damages' or unpaid items. PLEASE DO NOT send representatives to try to locate and 'check out' the property without prior arrangement, nor attempt to make a booking in person. Regrettably any such direct approach will result in an automatic refusal to your booking request.
